What a complete enquiry contains
A quotation moves at the speed of the enquiry. Include these nine details and the sales desk can price it without a round of follow-up questions.
- TypeValve type — ball, gate, globe, check, PRV, PICV, damper…
- SizeNominal size, in DN or inches.
- RatingPressure class or rating for the service.
- MaterialBody and trim material the duty calls for.
- EndsEnd connection — flanged, threaded, wafer, welded.
- QuantityHow many, per size and per model.
- DateWhen you need it on site.
- DeliveryCollection at Subang Jaya, or the delivery address.
- CertificationAny material or test certificate the spec calls for. EN 10204 3.1 is the usual one.
