This website is a brochure and reference site published by Optimus Distributor (M) Sdn Bhd. This page explains, in plain language, what the site does and does not do with information about its visitors.

What this site collects

No accounts, no forms

This site has no user accounts, no login, and no contact forms. Browsing it does not require you to enter any personal information, and the site does not ask for any. The only personal information connected to this site is what you choose to send us yourself — a WhatsApp message, a phone call, or an email to enquiry@optimusdistributor.com. Each of those conversations happens on a channel you initiate, under that channel's own terms of service.

What happens to an enquiry

When you contact us, we use the details you provide — typically your name, company, contact number and the specification you are asking about — to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on the order it may become. We do not sell that information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.

Analytics

Visit statistics

The site may use standard web analytics to understand aggregate visit statistics: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what kinds of devices they use. These statistics are used only to improve the site. In plain terms:
