Who KITZ is, and why the line runs deep
KITZ supplies one of the broadest arrays of valves in the industry, in terms of both materials and designs. Its valves sit in applications close to daily life — building facilities, water and sewer systems, natural gas distribution — and in production processes from semiconductors to oil refining and petrochemicals. That breadth is exactly why KITZ anchors our catalogue: one manufacturer, consistent quality management, and a figure for almost every general-service duty a Malaysian plant runs.
For our own business the position is simple: KITZ valves are our biggest moneymakers, and we treat the line accordingly — it is the line held on our Subang Jaya racks in the most patterns and sizes, and the one our engineers know best.

What the appointment means for your order
Optimus Distributor was appointed authorised distributor for KITZ Valve in 2019. In practice that means the product on our racks arrives through the manufacturer's own channel: genuine castings, current designs, and a warranty chain that traces back to KITZ rather than to a trading intermediary. When a spec question goes beyond the datasheet, we can put it to the principal and return with the manufacturer's answer, not a guess.

Choosing the body: bronze to stainless
Most KITZ selection questions end up being materials questions. Bronze serves water, air and light utility lines economically. Cast iron carries larger low-pressure water duties. Carbon steel takes general process and steam service, and stainless steel earns its premium wherever corrosion, hygiene or temperature extremes rule the others out.
